Dr. Raj graduated from Harvard School of Dental Medicine with his D.M.D. and holds a postgraduate Master’s in Dental Public Health (M.S.D.) from Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine. He completed two years of highly competitive clinical residencies — Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Boston University and N.Y.U. Langone Medical Center — earning his Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study (C.A.G.S.), and is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
Originally from Bengaluru, India, he has practiced dentistry for over 18 years in three countries — India, Jamaica (W.I.) and the U.S. — including Community Health Centers in Boston and on the Cape. He is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Massachusetts Dental Society and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
Dr. Raj works on simple and complex fixed appliances — crown and bridge prostheses, implant-supported prostheses (fixed, hybrid and removable) and full-mouth reconstructions — plus composite restorations, minor surgical procedures like crown lengthening, and laser dentistry. He uses the latest digital technology for impressions, including night guards, and is Botox certified. Fun-loving and gentle, he loves working with pediatric and adult patients and explains the best treatment options according to your budget. He has been married for 20 years and enjoys visiting new places and reading.
